The vast majority of our workload involves residential property building design (house design, bungalow design, flats, apartments, house additions etc) alterations, loft conversion design and designs for extensions to houses, bungalows, flats etc. This wealth of experience gained over many years will be used to assist you with meeting your requirements and exceeding your expectations or your property.Your design project will always be dealt with by one of the partners of the practice who all have many years of experience in house, bungalow and building design.
We always visit your site / property first so that we can fully appreciate the site constraints and assess the particulars of your site / property. We welcome your home design ideas and this is an essential starting point in the design process. This initial consultation is always FREE and we will then confirm our fee structure for the services you require in writing prior to you incurring any expenses. We ask for you to sign and return one copy of our letter to you for form a clear agreement between us.

We are very much client focussed and the services we provide will meet your requirements; we will not insist on providing services where you are able or willing to do these for yourself. For example you may already know who your builder is going to be and in this instance we would not insist on obtaining competitive tenders and providing contract administration services for you. If, when the construction works are being carried out on site, you need to discuss a particular matter then we can always be contacted by you or your builder. Furthermore we would be happy to visit site to inspect the works at a certain stage then we are happy to do this. We will provide the services that you require.
