DESIGN DRAWINGS

Once the existing plans / site plan (for new properties) have been prepared we will start the design process. We use you requirement, sketches, photos and other information that you have provided us with together with our extensive experience in similar projects to produce the design drawings. We are aware of what the planning officer's are likely to approve and will develop the design to include these requirements.

We send (post of email) the drawing(s) to you for your comments; normally we get the design right first time but will amend the drawings to include changes you want to be made.

We can provide 3D images of your new home providing that we know that you require this before we commence the design drawings.

We will design your new home, extension, loft conversion with ease of construction in mind and, in fact, a significant part of the working drawing will be prepared in order for your design drawings to be 'buildable.' We do not issue drawings for works that either cannot be built or are difficult to be construct.
