PROJECTS The vast majority of the instructions which we receive involve residential properties and, of those, most will involve architectural design. In some instances we are instructed to carry out building surveying services. Many architectural projects are for private individuals and these instructions range from the design of a simple porch to new large prestigious family houses in excess of 6,000 sq. ft..
