Preparing drawings showing the existing plans and elevations is an important step in the design process.

Once the measured survey of your property has been carried out and the data has been transferred to our CAD drawing system we will prepare drawing(s) showing the existing floor plan(s) and the elevations of your property. These will be shown at an appropriate scale to meet the requirements of the project and also the local planning authority who will ultimately receive the planning application (if applicable).

The drawings will show positions of windows, doors, walls, sanitary and kitchen fittings together with high level features such as beams, sloping ceilings etc.

These drawings will then be copied and will form the starting point of the design drawings.
