ELY DESIGN GROUP LAUNCHES IT'S REFERRAL INCENTIVE SCHEME
 

1.  The contact details will be for a named individual who requires architectural design services (the potential client). You will have recommended us to the potential client before you give us their contact details and they will be expecting our call or email.

2.  The contact details must include the name, address, contact numbers and email address for the potential client; you can complete the form at the bottom of this page to provide us with the necessary information.

3.  The value of the fees charged for the instruction must exceed £1,250.00 (excluding VAT and expenses).

4.  The potential client must enter into a legally binding contract with EDG for EDG to provide the architectural services.

5.  No cash alternative is available to the voucher.

6.  The voucher will be for a nominated restaurant (of your choice) from the following list although other restaurants will be considered:-

•  The Anchor, Sutton.
•  Needhams Farm Restaurant, Witchford.
•  Crown and Punchbowl, Horningsea.

7.  The voucher will expire if it is not redeemed at the nominated restaurant within 12 months of the date when the voucher was issued.

8.  Please complete the form below providing your details where indicated and the contact details of the potential client (name, address, email address and telephone number) who you have recommended us to in the 'Contact details of Potential Client' box at the bottom.

9.  If the potential client has already been recommended to us by someone else or is already a client of Ely Design Group then we will be unable to give you a voucher.
